What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and grow a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients with attentive service and professionalism.

  • Evaluate client coverage requirements and propose tailored insurance options with precise quotes.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for policy maintenance, renewals, and all client inquiries.

  • Support clients throughout the claims process to facilitate quick and effective resolutions.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and regulatory changes.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-up.

 

What We’reLooking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with personal lines insurance.

  • Current Property & Casualty insurance license valid in your state.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.

  • Experience using insurance agency management or CRM systems.

  • Interest in pursuing certifications such as CISR or CIC.
