Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Representative with a proven track record in export sales and international account management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a major international account and other assigned export customers.
  • Manage day-to-day order activity, pricing, product availability, and shipment coordination.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow export business volume and profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills as role requires both internal communication and client management.
  • Monitor export documentation, compliance, and freight coordination in partnership with our logistics team.
  • Identify opportunities for new product introductions and seasonal promotions tailored to international clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer communications in CRM or internal systems.
  • Attend international produce shows, client meetings, or site visits as needed.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in foodservice or export produce sales
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade logistics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual French and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).

  • Knowledge of Pacific Island, Asia and Latin American markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
