What you’ll get:
Full work week, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Hourly wage between $31.40 and $37.44 plus travel reimbursement
PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with company match
CEU reimbursement up to $400 annually plus paid CEU leave
Scrubs allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Administer therapeutic exercises and treatments in patients’ homes
Support the PT in evaluation and interdisciplinary planning
Document patient progress and interventions thoroughly
Educate patients and caregivers to maximize therapy outcomes
Must Have + Certifications:
MN PTA license active and in good standing
Prefer 2 years of home-health PTA experience
Insured vehicle and valid driver’s license required
CPR/BLS certification mandatory
