What you’ll get:
Standard full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
$31.40 to $37.44 hourly wage, plus mileage or company car program

Key Responsibilities:
Provide home physical therapy services as directed by PTs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Complete timely, clear clinical documentation
Counsel patients and family on care techniques and exercises
Must Have + Certifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota
2 years’ home care PTA experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance
CPR/BLS certification
