What you’ll get:
Work Monday - Friday, weekdays 8 am to 5 pm
Earn $31.40-$37.44/hr, plus mileage or company car options

License and CEU reimbursement program, including 2 days CEU leave
Scrubs stipend
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy services in patient homes as directed by PTs
Collaborate with providers on patient evaluations and treatment adjustments
Keep detailed, compliant documentation of care and patient response
Educate caregivers on home exercises and therapy plans
Must Have + Certifications:
Minnesota PTA license active and in good standing
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
CPR/BLS certified
