What you’ll get:
Full-time, weekdays 8am – 5pm
$31.40 - $37.44 hourly plus mileage reimbursement or company vehicle
PTO, holidays, health benefits, 401(k) with employer matching
CEU reimbursement up to $400 annually, with paid CEU days
Scrubs allowance included
Key Responsibilities:
Administer physical therapy treatments at patients' homes under supervision
Participate in interdisciplinary patient care assessment
Document treatment activities and patient progress accurately
Provide education and support to patients and families
Must Have + Certifications:
Valid MN PTA license in good standing
At least two years’ PTA experience preferred
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
CPR/BLS certification required
