What you’ll get:
Full-time work, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay range: $31.40 to $37.44/hour plus mileage reimbursement or company vehicle

Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services in home settings under PT supervision
Participate in patient assessments and develop coordinated plans
Document treatments and patient outcomes timely and thoroughly
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
Must Have + Certifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota
Two or more years preferred in home care settings
Experienced with travel and valid driver’s license plus insurance
Current CPR/BLS certification
