What you’ll get:
Monday-Friday, full-time, 8am-5pm schedule
$31.40 to $37.44 per hour plus mileage reimbursement/company car
PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching
License reimbursement, CEU financial aid, paid CEU days
Scrubs budget included
Key Responsibilities:
Provide home care therapy under PT direction
Participate in interdisciplinary patient assessments
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care
Educate patients and caregivers to maximize recovery
Must Have + Certifications:
Minnesota PTA license current and in good standing
2+ years experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
