What you’ll get:
Full-time, weekdays 8am – 5pm
$31.40 – $37.44/hour plus mileage reimbursement or company car
PTO, holidays, retirement with employer matching, health insurance

Scrubs allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered physical therapy in home care setting
Collaborate with PT and interdisciplinary teams for care planning
Maintain clinical documentation with accuracy and timeliness
Educate patient and family members during interventions
Must Have + Certifications:
Minnesota licensed PTA in good standing
Two or more years preferred
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
CPR/BLS certification
