🔧 What You’ll Do
Lead and perform preventive maintenance and repair on fleet vehicles and industrial service equipment.
Operate CDL-level equipment (vacuum trucks, tankers, etc.) as needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and environmental compliance standards.
Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a strong, safety-first team culture.
Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records.
✅ What You Bring
ASE Certification or equivalent mechanical experience (diesel, fleet, or heavy equipment).
CDL (Class A or B) preferred — or willingness to obtain one.
Strong skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Experience with industrial, waste management, or environmental service equipment a plus.
Leadership qualities and ability to coach or supervise others.
