🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and perform preventive maintenance and repair on fleet vehicles and industrial service equipment.

  • Operate CDL-level equipment (vacuum trucks, tankers, etc.) as needed.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

  • Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and environmental compliance standards.

  • Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a strong, safety-first team culture.

  • Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records.

✅ What You Bring

  • ASE Certification or equivalent mechanical experience (diesel, fleet, or heavy equipment).

  • CDL (Class A or B) preferred — or willingness to obtain one.

  • Strong skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

  • Experience with industrial, waste management, or environmental service equipment a plus.

  • Leadership qualities and ability to coach or supervise others.
