🌻 What You’ll Do

🏆 Lead & Inspire Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day community operations while ensuring top-quality care
  • Cultivate warm relationships with residents, families, and employees
  • Mentor and empower your leadership team to grow

💰 Drive Financial & Business Performance:

  • Develop and manage budgets effectively to meet financial goals
  • Boost occupancy and maintain excellent service standards
  • Streamline operations by optimizing labor, costs, and efficiencies

🩺 Ensure Quality & Compliance:

  • Lead performance and quality initiatives (QAPI)
  • Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Partner with clinical leaders to deliver outstanding resident outcomes

🤝 Enhance Employee & Resident Engagement:

  • Build a motivated, high-performing team
  • Foster a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued
  • Collaborate with regional teams to integrate best practices

📣 Strengthen Marketing & Community Presence:

  • Execute creative marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy
  • Represent the community as a trusted leader in senior care
  • Analyze local trends to spot business growth opportunities 💡

🎓 What You’ll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or a related field
  • Licensure: Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in the state of the community
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living
