Help Shape the Future, One Project at a Time

Every bridge, road, and intersection tells a story — and this one could be yours. We’re a nationally ranked, full-service architecture and engineering firm that’s improving how people move, connect, and experience their communities.

Our work blends innovation with purpose — from designing resilient infrastructure to revitalizing urban spaces. As we continue to grow across multiple states, we’re seeking an accomplished Senior Highway Project Manager to lead major transportation projects and help us drive meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of roadway, intersection, and interchange projects — from urban highways to ADA-compliant infrastructure
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Partner with DOT and municipal clients to deliver projects that improve mobility and safety
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and technical excellence at every stage of design

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (MSCE a plus)
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 10+ years of progressive highway design and project management experience
  • Deep familiarity with DOT/SHA standards and AASHTO guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with MicroStation (preferred), Civil 3D, or OpenRoads
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Flexibility: Hybrid schedule with autonomy over your workday
  • Impactful Projects: Design infrastructure that directly improves communities
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to advance within a nationally expanding firm
  • Culture: A people-first environment built on collaboration, trust, and professional excellence

If you’re ready to take ownership of high-profile transportation projects — while being part of a culture that values innovation and impact — we’d love to connect.
