Join a growing agricultural construction team as a hands-on Project Manager!
Lead skilled crews building hoop sheds, grain bins, and concrete foundations while helping grow new business in the region. This position offers year-round work, strong leadership opportunities, and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a crew during construction of agricultural structures including hoop sheds and grain storage facilities
• Manage project schedules, materials, and labor to meet deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately
• Perform precise measurements and concrete calculations using strong math skills
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with management and crew members to troubleshoot issues and adjust plans
• Lead construction projects and actively develop new business by identifying potential jobs and building relationships with area farmers and ag operations

Qualifications:
• Proven construction experience, preferably with agricultural or commercial structures
• Strong leadership and crew management abilities
• Proficient in math skills relevant to construction (e.g., measurements, concrete volumes)
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and construction drawings
• Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious
• CDL preferred or willing to obtain
