Project Manager – Commercial Construction

A well-established and financially strong Commercial Construction firm in the area is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects across industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality sectors. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with estimating during preconstruction

  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators

  • Manage subcontractor procurement and contracts

  • Resolve technical issues and RFIs

  • Oversee project documentation, billings, and cost forecasting

  • Lead scheduling and progress tracking

  • Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience/certifications

  • 5+ years managing commercial or light industrial projects

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and structural methods

  • Skilled in project financial management and forecasting

  • Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration

  • Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills

  • Highly organized and solutions-oriented
