Business Development Representative – Restoration Industry
GPAC is partnering with a respected restoration company in Atlanta, GA, seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. This person will drive revenue through client acquisition and relationship management in both commercial and residential restoration.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships in restoration markets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Achieve or exceed sales and business development goals
Maintain accurate records of client activity and communication
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, marketing, account management, or business development within restoration (mitigation, roofing, fire/water, reconstruction, etc.)
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Motivated, goal-driven, and organized
Knowledge of restoration processes and client needs
Ability to thrive in a family-oriented, team-first culture
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary up to $100,000 (plus commission potential)
