Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for the design and development of land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with professionals across disciplines, with strong potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop site layout, grading, utility, stormwater, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D.
  • Prepare design documents, engineering calculations, technical reports, and permit applications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other disciplines to meet design objectives and deadlines.
  • Assist with permitting at local, state, and federal
  • Support construction administration including RFIs, site inspections, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
  • 2–6 years of relevant civil/site design experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
  • Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, and utility layout.
  • PE or EIT required
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
