A well-established and highly regarded firm in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Planning Associate to join its growing private client practice. The firm provides sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer services to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters. Candidates with at least 3 years of strong relevant experience and demonstrated technical and client service skills will also be considered. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration in Boston with flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.
Manage trust administration and probate matters.
Work collaboratively on complex estate and business succession planning.
Conduct legal research and remain current on developments in estate, trust, and tax law.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fiduciaries, and financial professionals.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Massachusetts.
3–10 years of relevant experience in trust and estate planning, administration, and tax-related issues.
Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus.
