Job Description

About the Role:

Ready to make a real impact? Our growing healthcare organization is launching a brand-new Controller position, and we’re looking for someone ready to own the numbers and shape the future of our financial operations.

This is your chance to build financial systems from the ground up, partner directly with leadership, and see your ideas translate into real business growth. You’ll oversee all aspects of budgeting, reporting, and profitability across multiple clinic locations — and you’ll have a clear path to grow into a future CFO role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take charge of all accounting and financial operations across two clinics

  • Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models

  • Dive into profit margins and performance metrics to uncover opportunities

  • Advise leadership on cost control and growth strategies

  • Ensure everything runs by the book — compliance, reporting, and policies

  • Work hand-in-hand with management and ownership to hit financial goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)

  • 5+ years of financial management experience in a medical or healthcare setting

  • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset

  • Experience in a private equity-backed medical group a major plus

  • CPA or CMA certification preferred (but not required)

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Join a growing, forward-thinking organization

  • Work directly with ownership and leadership — your voice matters

  • Build something new and grow into a CFO-level role

  • Competitive salary + full benefits package
