Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, manage a team, and provide advisory services to clients. This position is ideal for a CPA with strong technical expertise, multi-state filing knowledge, and leadership experience who is looking to grow professionally in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple personal and small business tax engagements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S returns
  • Advise clients on complex tax and financial matters
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level staff
  • Collaborate with partners on tax planning, consulting, and process improvements
  • Support a paperless, tech-forward work environment

Qualifications:

  • CPA license required
  • 7+ years of personal and small business tax preparation and consulting experience
  • Experience with multi-state filings for individuals and small businesses
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCH ProSystem FX or CCH Axcess is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience managing staff or projects
