Civil Project Manager – Seattle, WA
Oversee residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects in Seattle. Manage site design, stormwater, grading, and permitting for high-profile developments.
Salary Range: $110,000 – $145,000 DOE Location: Seattle, WA | Full-time

Lead project planning and execution
Coordinate permitting and municipal approvals
Mentor junior staff and review design deliverables

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
5+ years land development experience
PE license preferred
AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling skills
Strong project management and leadership abilities
