Job Description

Our client is seeking an associate attorney to handle their family law cases. They have a renowed family law practice with highly rated attorneys and staff.  

Requirements:

• 2- years of family law experience
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Knowledge of Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Licensed to practice in Texas

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own caseload of family law cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate closely with clients and fellow attorneys to craft effective strategies
• Provide practical, timely legal advice tailored to client goals
