A growing general contractor serving Nebraska’s commercial, industrial, and municipal markets seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mid- to large-scale construction projects. This position oversees all aspects of project delivery — from estimating and budgeting through turnover — ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and financial targets.
Lead full-cycle project management across commercial projects ($5M–$40M+)
Develop budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes
Manage RFIs, submittals, and cost control documentation
Serve as the primary client contact for progress and performance updates
Partner with Superintendents to maintain safety and quality standards
5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
