The Estimator develops accurate project cost estimates, analyzes bids, and assists in building pricing strategies to win profitable work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
Review plans and specifications for scope and constructability
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
Support value engineering and budgeting exercises
3–7 years of commercial estimating experience
Strong computer and takeoff software skills
Excellent math, analytical, and communication abilities
