A locally respected builder specializing in mid-sized commercial projects seeks an organized Assistant Project Manager to support daily operations and client coordination.

Position Overview

The APM supports the Project Manager in documentation, scheduling, subcontractor communication, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes

  • Track schedules and coordinate subcontractor documentation

  • Assist with billing, change orders, and cost projections

  • Contribute to project closeout and warranty tracking
