The Project Manager will oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring mechanical and controls projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the level of quality clients expect. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and the satisfaction of seeing complex systems come together in the field.
Manage all phases of assigned projects, from kickoff through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
Lead project meetings, coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams to maintain transparency and progress.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; identify opportunities to improve constructability and efficiency.
Oversee subcontractors, purchasing, and scheduling activities to ensure seamless execution.
Track project costs, prepare forecasts, and support financial performance goals.
Maintain documentation, reports, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote safety awareness and uphold company and industry standards.
Serve as a trusted partner to clients by delivering clear communication, timely problem-solving, and professional follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
2+ years of experience managing mechanical, HVAC, or controls projects.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, project coordination, and mechanical installation practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general project management software.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
