What You’ll Do
Complete functional assessments focused on mobility, strength, endurance, pain, and overall physical well-being.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and care team.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function, reduce discomfort, and maintain independence.
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to appropriate clinical staff.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and long-term maintenance strategies.
Maintain high-quality documentation in accordance with best clinical practices.
What You Bring
Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio
CPR certification
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
A patient-centered mindset and a passion for helping others regain strength and independence
