VP Deposits Officer Regional

The Role:

• Oversight of multiple Market Retail Leaders, branch managers
• Administration of Branch functions, including training, resources, and when required, day-to-day deposits and branch ops
• Dynamic implementation of products and Deposits 
• Review and approve or deny unusual transactions, identify fraudulent activity
• Work with vendors when appropriate as subject matter expert in the realm of duty
• Coordinating with Information System Director for the physical security of premises
• Public relations for community involvement and business opportunities
• Build a network of clients through team leadership and example

Requirements:

• Ability to work with COO closely on all aspects of the role
• Leadership history
• Growth of deposits and sales history
• 15-20 years in banking progression history desired
