Business Development Representative – Commercial Waste Sector

We’re looking for a hunter-minded outside sales professional to grow commercial and industrial accounts across the Houston market. This is a true business development role where your success is driven by your ability to prospect, connect, and close — with strong operational support behind you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Houston area
Meeting prospects face-to-face to present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Building a book of business with long-term revenue potential
Partnering with pricing and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM

Base salary of $65,000–$75,000+ DOE
Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000–$95,000+

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a new-business (hunter) role
Experience in outside sales-waste services is a must.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel locally within a 3-hour Houston radius
