A respected and growing Public Accounting firm is seeking a Tax Senior to join its dynamic and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current federal, state, and local tax laws

  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients

  • Research and interpret complex tax regulations and guidance

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

  • Assist in resolving tax-related issues and notices

  • Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

  • CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review

  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Effective communicator with the ability to work well in a team environment

  • High ethical standards and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $75,000 – $125,000, based on experience
