A growing and respected law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its expanding litigation team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Defend insurance carriers and insureds in civil litigation matters
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Active bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain promptly)
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cases
