We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who knows how to build relationships, grow accounts, and drive revenue in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. If you thrive on solving customer problems, managing complex projects, and closing deals with confidence, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
Work closely with customers to understand needs, challenges, and project requirements
Partner with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service) to deliver solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies
Track sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline performance
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits
Maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships built on trust and responsiveness
What You Bring
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, plastics, or industrial sales
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines
Confidence presenting solutions and negotiating deals
A consultative sales approach — you listen first, then solve
Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events
