A highly regarded law firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate / Senior Attorney to join its Corporate Transaction team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys complex transactional matters, values autonomy, and wants to work in a collaborative, collegial environment.

Ideal Background

  • 8+ years of experience handling:
    • Mergers & acquisitions
    • General corporate and transactional matters
  • Additional experience is strongly preferred in one or more of the following:
    • Private placements
    • Operating and shareholder agreements
    • Succession planning
    • Tax-related matters
    • Financing transactions
    • Real estate acquisitions and leasing
    • Licensing and intellectual property matters
    • Complex contract drafting and negotiation

Bar Admission

  • Texas Bar admission required
