Gpac is partnering with a confidential food manufacturer in Northern Indiana to identify a Quality & Food Safety Manager. This role will lead food safety and quality programs at the plant level, ensuring compliance with FSMA, GFSI/BRC standards, and corporate quality requirements. The position plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, audit readiness, continuous improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in food manufacturing or quality
  • 5–10 years of food processing experience with direct support for staff
  • Experience with FDA-regulated environments and GFSI certification programs
  • HACCP and/or PCQI certification preferred
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of Food Safety & Quality
