We’re partnered with a fast-growing exterior remodeling and storm restoration company offering a high-upside opportunity for driven Sales Consultants! This Sales Consultant role is ideal for those comfortable generating their own leads, managing the full sales cycle, and working directly with homeowners in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach
• Run in-home sales appointments
• Manage projects (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
• Work storm events and build pipeline
• Track activity in CRM

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience (door-to-door or in-home preferred)
• Background in roofing, solar, windows, or remodeling is a plus
• Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

• $70K non-recoverable draw
• Uncapped commission (paid on revenue)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Top performers: $300K+
