Job Description

A well-established, mid-sized CPA firm in the western Philadelphia suburbs is looking for an Audit Senior Manager to join its leadership team. The firm serves privately held businesses and partnerships across the Greater Philadelphia region. This is a succession-focused role with a short track to partner for the right candidate. The schedule is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

What you'll do

• Lead audit, review and compilation engagements for a varied, privately held client base
• Work on employee benefit plan (401(k)) audits
• Manage engagement planning, budgets and deadlines
• Mentor, train and review the work of staff and seniors
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and work closely with partners

What you bring

• Active CPA license (required)
• Ideally 8+ years of public accounting audit experience (less considered for the right CPA)
• Experience leading engagements and mentoring staff
• Comfort working across a varied, privately held client base

What's offered

• $150K to $200K, depending on experience
• Full benefits, PTO and 401(k)
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote)
