What You'll Do
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Take part in tax planning and consulting work for a broad range of clients
- Develop lasting client relationships and provide continuing support
- Spot tax-saving opportunities and offer strategic advice
- Partner with senior managers and partners on complex tax engagements
- Coach and develop junior team members
- Ensure all work meets federal and state tax requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of public accounting tax experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team
- Strong communication and people skills
