Job Description

A respected general contractor in the Chicago area is hiring a Superintendent for hospitality construction. You'll run day-to-day field operations on hotel and hospitality projects with a focus on quality finishes and on-time openings.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day field operations on hospitality projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors and deliveries
• Enforce safety and quality standards on active jobsites
• Keep the schedule current and report progress to the project team
• Drive punch lists, FF&E coordination and guest-ready turnover

What You Bring

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Hospitality, hotel or high-finish commercial experience preferred
• Ability to run crews and trade partners safely
• Solid grasp of schedules, quality and finish work
• OSHA 30 preferred
