Job Description

A respected general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Safety Manager for commercial construction. You'll lead jobsite safety programs, training and compliance across active commercial projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and improve the company safety program across commercial jobsites
• Conduct site walks, audits and incident investigations
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training for field teams
• Partner with superintendents and project managers on hazard planning
• Maintain OSHA documentation and support insurance and client requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction safety experience with a general contractor or similar
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards for commercial construction
• CHST, CSP or similar credential preferred
• Clear communication with field and project teams
• Willingness to spend substantial time on active jobsites
