Traveling Superintendent Construction
A well-established commercial contractor with projects nationwide is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee interior build-outs for medical and restaurant projects across the United States. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day job site activities and oversee all field operations
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure schedules are met
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards
Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve jobsite issues proactively
Lead project meetings, maintain daily reports, and communicate progress to project managers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Represent the company professionally while traveling and working with clients on-site
Requirements:
3+ years of experience on medical and restaurant interior construction projects
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and tight project schedules
Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, codes, and finishes
Willingness to travel extensively (projects are nationwide)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software and daily reporting tools
OSHA certification or other safety training preferred
