Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical engineering design for industrial and/or federal projects
Oversee project scope, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality standards
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams using Revit and other design tools
Interface with clients to ensure project success and maintain long-term relationships
Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
10+ years of professional electrical engineering experience
Strong background in industrial and/or federal projects
Proficiency with Revit
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
