Commercial Territory Sales Manager

Location: Oklahoma or Arkansas (Remote, 75% travel in 1st year)

Industry: Stormwater/Civil Infrastructure

Join a growing manufacturer as a Commercial Territory Sales Manager. Focus on building distributor relationships and providing technical guidance to civil engineers and contractors on stormwater projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and grow the sales territory

  • Build strong relationships with distributors, engineers, and contractors

  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and product demos

  • Monitor regional projects for sales opportunities

  • Provide quotes, follow up, and close sales

  • Assist with submittals, specifications, and product training

  • Attend occasional company meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, stormwater, or civil infrastructure

  • Knowledge of site and civil construction projects

  • Willingness to travel 75% in the first year (home most weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base + Commission ($85,000–$150,000)
