A respected regional law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Portland office. This is an exciting opportunity to handle complex construction-related disputes while working alongside highly regarded trial attorneys in the Pacific Northwest.
Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including defect claims, contract disputes, lien/collections issues, and insurance coverage.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Provide legal analysis, case strategy, and client counseling.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-value and complex cases.
3–8 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus in construction law, real estate disputes, or insurance defense.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Comfortable managing cases independently while also working in a collaborative team environment.
Oregon Bar admission required (Washington admission a plus).
Trial or arbitration experience strongly preferred.
