Job Description

A Georgia-based construction company is seeking a talented Superintendent with light-industrial project experience for a traveling role in the SE.  They value quality and strive to exceed client expectations.  They have an excellent compensation package and pay competitively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Proven track record successfully completing light-industrial projects is required!  Cold-storage and data center experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
• Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
• Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
• Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
