We’re representing a relationship-focused financial institution seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its high-performing retail locations. This role offers a blend of leadership, customer service, and business development in a strong community banking environment.
Position Overview:
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of bankers, and drive growth by building local relationships. You’ll serve as a leader, mentor, and trusted advisor for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
Lead branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility oversight
Recruit, train, and develop branch employees
Drive team performance through coaching and accountability
Resolve escalated customer service issues
Support sales through outbound calling and community involvement
Build relationships with local businesses and customers
Perform personal banker duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience managing a retail banking team
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with small business banking is a plus
Customer-focused with solid communication abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $65,000–$80,000
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
