We’re representing a relationship-focused financial institution seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its high-performing retail locations. This role offers a blend of leadership, customer service, and business development in a strong community banking environment.

Position Overview:
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of bankers, and drive growth by building local relationships. You’ll serve as a leader, mentor, and trusted advisor for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility oversight

  • Recruit, train, and develop branch employees

  • Drive team performance through coaching and accountability

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues

  • Support sales through outbound calling and community involvement

  • Build relationships with local businesses and customers

  • Perform personal banker duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Previous experience managing a retail banking team

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with small business banking is a plus

  • Customer-focused with solid communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $65,000–$80,000

  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
