A respected custom home builder is looking for a versatile Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join their close-knit team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—and your impact will be felt immediately.
Handle light bookkeeping tasks and assist with bill payments
Keep the office running smoothly—manage supplies, vendors, and general admin
Act as a part-time personal assistant to the owner (errands, scheduling, task management)
Step in where needed to keep things organized and moving forward
Work directly with the owner of a reputable custom home building company
Be part of a small, passionate team creating beautiful, high-end homes
Take ownership of your role with plenty of variety and autonomy
