Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management and field teams on ground-up multifamily projects

  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and overall project documentation

  • Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and change order tracking

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, inspectors, and internal stakeholders

  • Conduct site walks to support quality control and ensure accurate project reporting

  • Assist in procurement, material tracking, meeting minutes, and project closeout


Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on ground-up projects (multifamily preferred)

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and technical documentation

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to support both field and office operations efficiently

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
