Support project management and field teams on ground-up multifamily projects
Assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and overall project documentation
Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and change order tracking
Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
Conduct site walks to support quality control and ensure accurate project reporting
Assist in procurement, material tracking, meeting minutes, and project closeout
Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on ground-up projects (multifamily preferred)
Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and technical documentation
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to support both field and office operations efficiently
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
