Associate Dentist Opportunity – High-Tech, High-Volume Practice
Thriving dental practice with 4,500+ active patients is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our experienced team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated dentist looking to grow clinically and financially in a well-established, modern practice.
Production: $2.5M | Collections: $1.9M (last year)
Hours: Mon 9–5, Tues & Thurs 7–3, Wed 9–6, Fri 8–1 (by appt)
Procedures: Crown & bridge, implants, extractions, perio, lasers
Technology: CEREC, Trios 5, digital office, soft/hard tissue laser
Team: 3 EFDAs, 4 hygienists, 11 operatories
Compensation: 30% of collections (lab fees included), $800/day guarantee (first 6 months), $1,000 CE stipend
