Project Manager – National Retail Construction  Remote |  Full-Time |  Base + Bonus (Up to 100%)

A rapidly growing, $100M+ General Contractor—recognized for its exceptional company culture and national retail client portfolio—is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Over the past three years, the company has grown by $70M, thanks to a strong reputation for excellence and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead retail construction projects from pre-con to closeout
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and quality execution
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate closely with field teams, architects, and national brand reps
  • Maintain high standards for safety, schedule, and cost efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience managing retail projects or rollouts is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
  • Driven, resourceful, and capable of running multiple projects simultaneously
