Senior Employment Attorney (10+ Years) – Plaintiff-Side Litigation

Are you a seasoned employment litigator ready to take your career to the next level? Our plaintiff-focused firm is searching for a Senior Employment Attorney (or Partner-level candidate) with 10+ years of trial-tested experience to join our growing team in North Carolina.

Because our systems are online and collaborative, we’ve successfully onboarded attorneys across multiple jurisdictions. That means the right fit matters more than your location—but we are particularly interested in candidates based in Charlotte or the Triangle (Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill) area.

What You’ll Do

• Lead plaintiff-side employment litigation from intake through resolution
• Represent clients at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Handle complex legal issues with confidence and creativity
• Negotiate high-stakes settlements with precision and power
• Build strong, trust-driven relationships with clients
• Drive cases independently while collaborating with our team of skilled professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Plaintiff Employment experience
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active North Carolina bar license
• 10+ years of employment litigation experience with a proven record at trial
• Mastery of federal and state employment law, civil procedure, and rules of evidence
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to firm systems
